It's almost 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning, and I should be in bed.  But, I'm so excited!
Saturday, "My One & Only" ~my daughter~ for those who don't know, drove me to Greensboro to check out the location for Ladies MARCH MINGLE - 2012.  I was so excited to see it for myself and know that it  is going to be just fine!  
Bro. Michael Stevenson met us at the door and treated us like royalty... He was courteous, patient, kind, and oh so helpful!  Thank YOU, Lord for blessing and answered prayers... Thank YOU, Lord for my Rita, Michael, and the Leadership at Sharpe Road Church of Christ for understanding that this event is not a church sponsored Ladies Day Program.  It is our Evangelism Ministry...

Today is another day that the Lord has made.  I will rejoice and be glad in it!  Although, I'm in pain all day every day, I feel very blessed and honored to still be on the battlefield for the Lord.  Many things have changed in my life in the last 10 years.  Things are so not how I had planned them to be.  But as I often say, "I don't know why God has chosen me for this journey, but I'm going with Him to the end."  Only He has the answers and reasons, and that's good enough for me!


Now, Hello Ladies!  How is your day?  What kind of "Praise Report" do you have to share?

It's 2:51, Monday morning.  This is my first blog, and I'm just writing what's on my mind.  I am a little concerned about the fact that we still have not finalized a location for Ladies MARCH MINGLE - 2012.  We usually get our information out in December, but we are almost in the middle of January and we still don't have a "spot".  I know everyone is trying to make ends meet, but Ladies MARCH MINGLE is an evangelistic event that I think ALL Christians should be interested in... and if would like to help, you can offer your location for free or a very reduced rate, you can pray for us every day, and you can pray for those who are unsaved.  We have had one baptism as a result of Ladies MARCH MINGLE, and last year, for the first time, we had 50 ladies from three Baptist churches in the Virginia area.
This event is not like or designed to compete with the National Ladies Lectureship.  Their event caters more to the ladies of the Church.  While Ladies MARCH MINGLE caters to the evangelistic side of ministry, and those who are not members of the Church. Ladies MARCH MINGLE goes above and beyond the call of duty to invite all ladies, whether we "know" them or not. Our goal is to show Christ-like love and encouragement  to the weak and down-trodden, and to bring the lost to Christ.

Dear Lord, Please Help us to find a GOOD location, and allow us to continue spreading the good news of the gospel to ladies EVERYWHERE... Amen

    I have been a member of the Lord's church over 52 years. I can't honestly say that I've been a Christian all those years, but I can say that I've known right from wrong all those years.  
    I am very thankful to God that He is still allowing me time to make my calling and election sure. Please continue to pray that I will be a blessing to someone every day!
